Tester

• Requirements Engineering: Engage stakeholders across business and IT to gather, define, and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Design, create, and execute detailed test cases for mobile and web applications.
• Perform manual testing on iOS and Android platforms to identify usability and functional issues.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.
• Perform end-to-end API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Validate data flow and responses from RESTful APIs.
• Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to reproduce, resolve, and verify fixes.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and QA best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing iOS and Android apps on real devices and emulators.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test reports.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL for database validation is plus
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git is plus
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
