Responsabilites
Requirements Engineering: Engage stakeholders across business and IT to gather, define, and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Design, create, and execute detailed test cases for mobile and web applications.
Perform manual testing on iOS and Android platforms to identify usability and functional issues.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.
Perform end-to-end API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
Validate data flow and responses from RESTful APIs.
Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to reproduce, resolve, and verify fixes.
Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and QA best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience testing iOS and Android apps on real devices and emulators.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test reports.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills in English and Portuguese.
